In 2019, Iunctura: A Fr. Trese & Dakila Deviation Story was released in a convention as an ashcan. The following year, Takutan: A Verdugo Mission, was published online in JB Tapia's Facebook page. In the same year, teasers of a new book shown by Budjette Tan revealed that the previous mentioned stories where included in the anthology.
The book, eventually titled Trese Bloodlines Volume 1, was made available for preorder at Avenida and released on January 2021.
It was tenth in National Bookstore's bestsellers of July 2021.[1]
