Tomas Dominic Villaceran, known separately as Tomas Villaceran and Dominic Villaceran, is the owner of The Dominion and is a self-proclaimed prince of aswang.

Character history[]

Shift Pills started to circulate around bars in the city, reaching places like The Dominion. In her investigation, Alexandra Trese confronted Tomas about the whereabouts of the drug's dealer known as Mr. Sorbetero. Tomas initially denied knowing anything about him, but Alexandra threatened to bring bad chi to his place by rearranging the street signs outside with the help of a geomancer. Fearing the profit losses that will result from that, Tomas divulged information. He told her that Mr. Sorbetero was a man called Ryan Arce, a man living along the Pasig River near the Livewell area.[1]

Some time later, Tomas took interest in a plot of land near Guadalupe Station that happened to have a massive squatter settlement on it. He eventually struck a deal with a mayor, who was intending to plan condominiums and a mall there anyway, to have the squatters leave. Though the mayor ordered Jimmy de la Strada to repeatedly ask the squatters to leave, the inconvenience and the impracticality of their relocation weighed more than the benefits that came with the mayor's offers.[2]

Because of this, the mayor had the squatter area burned down, killing a hundred people in the process. The survivors, now homeless and without anything to their name, accepted the relocation deal. This left the land free for Tomas to finally invest in the land, finalizing the paperwork needed for it.[2]

The relocated survivors were later fed to an aswang slaughterhouse near Mindanao Avenue. This caught the attention of Alexandra Trese, whose investigation into the matter brought her back into The Diabolical. She came just as when the mayor and Tomas were enjoying their time with drinks and a few girls in Tomas' private office. Alexandra interrogated them, asking the mayor for the whereabouts of de la Strada as well as confronting Tomas about his recent investment. Tomas openly surmised that she bribed the duwende in the Records Division for this information, but Alexandra merely walked away leaving a threatening warning.[2]

The Dominion was later burnt down by the Santelmo under Alexandra's orders.[2]
