The Dominion was a club in Makati that was run by Tomas Dominic Villaceran, a self proclaimed prince of aswang.

Tomas ran The Dominion by letting people indulge inside the bar, motivated with the help of a salamankero under the guise of a DJ. The salamankero weaved spells that manipulated the people into staying as much as possible, keeping them in the bar and maximizing profits. He often spent nights in the second floor of the bar, looking over the place through a private room to himself.[1] Occasionally, important guests would be invited to this room.[2]
An aswang lair lied near The Dominion, whose focus was to prey on unsuspecting women from the provinces, taking advantage of their naivete in the city to kidnap them. Seepul was tracking down the lair for weeks, saving a victim in the process, when Carlos Trese asked her to join his squad to fight against the four clans of taga-dagat encroaching on Barangay Pacifica.[3]
The Dominion was later burnt down by the Santelmo under Alexandra's orders, as retribution for Tomas' involvement with the immolation of a hundred squatters at the Guadalupe area and the human trafficking of the resulting survivors to be eaten by aswang.[2]
