Trese was first and mainly published in English as ashcans and as graphic novels under Visprint. With its growing popularity, A Little Known Murder in Studio 4 was translated into Filipino, in collaboration with DepEd in 2013.

TRESE bags first three places for NBS's July 2021 Bestsellers
After the popularity of June 2021's release of the Trese anime series, the sales of the reprints of Trese books went up. The Avenida Editions of Trese take the first three places of National Book Store's July 2021 Bestsellers. Trese: Unreported Murders came in first place, Trese: Murder On Balete Drive took the second place, while Trese: Mass Murders received the third place. Aside from that, Trese: Bloodlines Volume 1 takes the tenth spot.

The year was 2012 when Budjette Tan did a warm-up story to exercise his craft. He then sent the script to Kajo Baldisimo for him to draw. After that, Trese: A Night at the Museum was born. It was a fan fiction story that had Batman and Wolverine cross over to the universe of Alexandra Trese. The story was left unfinished with only 10 pages. In 2019, Kajo added 2 pages that finished the story.[1] On the same year, it was officially printed on BatCon that featured the cover art from Kajo. The comic became one of the most sought out Trese comics since it featured the fan fiction crossover from beloved antiheroes. Rudolf Baldonado, voice artist director of the Filipino dub of Netflix's Trese, suffered a heart attack that was caused by acute transmural myocardial infarction. Fundraiser initiatives were launched on behalf of Rudolf to support his much-needed angioplasty.
